The final events of Beyond are a symposium followed by a concert featuring FretX Guitar Duo (Mak Grgic and Daniel Lippel, guitars) performing music by Agustín Castilla-Ávila, Helmut Lachenmann, Jeffrey Holmes, and Dan Lippel. Del Sol String Quartet performs works by Wen Deqing, Ben Johnston, and others.
